Adoptive Church – Chap Clark
Chap Clark argues that the church should function more like an adoptive family than a collection of programs. Young people (and many adults) need more than information or activities. They need to be truly known, claimed, and welcomed into a community that treats them as family. An “adoptive” posture means older believers intentionally making room for younger ones, sharing life, and creating a sense of belonging that goes deeper than Sunday attendance.
