Flashlight Leadership

June 8 – Micah 3 – Listen Up Leaders

Think of leadership like a flashlight. A leader who is given a flashlight can use it to light up the path and help people along, or they can shine it directly into people’s faces to blind them for their own gain. God calls us to use the light He has given us to bring restoration — to lead people toward Him and toward one another — not to control or elevate ourselves. Every follower of Jesus has some measure of influence and power. The question is how we will use it.

How you’d preach it
