Conviction from the Spirit is specific, leads toward repentance and hope, and aligns with the finished work of Christ. Accusing guilt is often vague, repetitive, and isolating. One drives us to the cross. The other keeps us circling the same failure without relief. Learning the difference is part of spiritual maturity.
