Christians have always spoken of heaven as home. The language is more than sentiment. It names the sense that even the best of this life is still temporary and incomplete. The restlessness is not a failure of gratitude. It is evidence that we were made for a country we have not yet fully entered.
How you’d preach it
For the restlessness many believers feel in this life. The ache itself can be a sign that we were made for more.
