All Things Hold Together

Colossians 1:17 pattern

In Him all things hold together. The claim is comprehensive. Remove Christ from the center and the Christian faith becomes a collection of moral ideas and religious practices. Keep Him at the center and everything else—ethics, community, hope, suffering—finds its proper place.

How you’d preach it

Christ is not one topic among many. He is the center that gives the others meaning.
