Analogy

The Work Is His

pastoral wisdom

Ministry easily becomes about the minister—success, reputation, or the fear of failure. Scripture relocates the center. We plant and water; God gives the growth. The call is to faithful labor, not to control the harvest. When the work is held as His, both the highs and the lows lose some of their power to distort.

How you’d preach it

Guards against both pride and despair in ministry. Faithfulness is required; results belong to God.
