The results of parenting are rarely visible in a single week or month. Character is formed by thousands of small interactions, corrections, prayers, and examples. The temptation is to judge the work by the latest failure or success. The wiser posture is steady faithfulness with a long horizon—and trust that God is at work in the years we cannot yet see.
