Warnings Are Mercy

Scripture is full of warnings. They are not the opposite of love. They are frequently love’s attempt to turn people before the consequences arrive. A God who never warned would be less merciful, not more. Heeding the warning is itself a form of receiving the mercy.
How you’d preach it
Divine warnings are not hostility. They are often the form mercy takes before judgment.
