Both men hear. Both build. The difference is not inspiration. It is whether the words become a foundation or a speech. Rain, flood, and wind are not optional in the sermon. They are scheduled. The house on sand looked finished in good weather. Obedience is what you discover about a life when the weather finally tells the truth.
How you’d preach it
Use at the end of a teaching series, not as a scold. The question is not whether they liked the sermon. It is what they will pour the footing with.
